Budget, affordablce and nice hotel is one of the few criteria when I decide to make a booking. Clean and a safe hotel is also a must.
After some research online, I decide to book Lien An Sia Gon Hotel 2. Take note of the 2 as there is 2 hotels of the same name in Ho Chin Minh. The 2nd hotel is a newer one, hence Lien An Sia Gon Hotel 2
Paid US$30 per night only for a small standard room as per their promotion 
A good price with free breakfast.
Location of the hotel is only 1 minute walk to the famous Ben Thanh market for shopping.
Overall, I like this hotel and highly recommend to you. Here is a video of the room i stayed, small but cosy
