Location
There are 2 branches of City Inn hotel – 前车站 and 后车站. We are lucky to get 前车站 which is nearer to Taipei Main station. Our room type is 时尚客房(City Inn Suite), slightly smaller than 双人套房(Twin Room). And as our room is one of the cheapest in this hotel so it doesn’t come with a WINDOW again! You get what you pay for :p
Security
Especially for those who travel alone or ladies, security of the hotel is important. The front office staff are very alert to anybody who walks in to the building and stop any intruder.
Cleanliness
The rooms are mostly/all in white color and well maintain and kept clean at all times.
Limited space of room
One of the few complains we heard are the tiny rooms! Yes the room is really very small. Only 2 person in the room and you might still crash into your room mate if you don’t walk around carefully :p
We washed our cloths using the washing machines on the second floor. It took almost like 1.5 hours to wash and dry our cloths! As some of our cloths were not totally dry yet, we had to hang them all around the room. Note the lack of hanging space.
Do you notice the door of the toilet is made by glass?
And another complain we heard is the toilet. Lucky for my room, we can’t see what kind of business the other people is doing in the toilet. Haha

am tinkin of goin for city inn but was wondering wat is the diff 前车站 and 后车站??? also, i saw photos in their website for their cheapest room … it looks like it has window oh …
oh ya would u happen to know when their latest ximen branch would be opened? I tried looking for a main email add of city inn which i can check with but cant find it on their website

I stayed at city inn 1 which is nearer to the MRT. The room is small but for me is fine as I only speed my time oinking in the bed.
I remember they have bigger rooms as well with real windows!
i think the ximen branch will open soooon! stay tune!
