The 13th-floor hotel is located by the corner of QingHai and HeNan road. Services of the hotel staff are fine. The Chinese Buffet Breakfast was normal, do your own laundry and internet access was free but one minus was the problem connecting to the internet from my room. So in the end, I had to visit the business center for internet access.
But in general, this is a hotel is recommended. Here is how the room looks like
They do distribute discount voucher. We printed out from its website and bring over when checking in hotel. NT200 discount for each room each voucher. So our room rate was NT2080 – NT200 = NT1880.
