88、89及91樓則為室內與戶外觀景台，民眾可購票前往俯瞰台北市(NT400)，享受居高臨下的視覺饗宴
裡面有提供語音導覽系統：中、英、日、台、粵、德六種語言，提供顧客免費使用

No, we didn’t jump from the top or climb to the top :p We took about 4minutes, yes about 4 minutes to walk around the top of Taipei 101 to shoot a video for you while battling the cold winds!!!! So you must watch this video!

On the right and left side of the counter, there is the LCD display that will show you how many visitors went up to Taipei 101 for that day.

Best time to go there will be at 5pm where you can see the city view of Taipei turn to a city of lights. 89th floor is the indoor observatory and an Outdoor Observatory located on the 91st floor.

There are many who said Taipei 101 is overhyped but then there are many tourist location which rank higher in this area. A visit to Taipei 101 once in a lifetime brings you a step closer to heaven, close to the gods! So my advice, visit the place
