Bun bo = Beef noodle soup. Bun Bo Hue is a beef noodle soup consisting of thick bun (vermicelli noodles), thin cuts of beef, a couple of varieties of spamsticks dressed up in a blindin’ sweet meat-thick broth.
Today we are not going to blog about Bun Bo. We had enough of noodle soup for the day at another restaurant.
Instead we are going to show you some local Vietnamese snacks and beers for our dinner in Bun Bo Hue 3A3 Restaurant. They serve Hue-style food. Each order comes with a hedgerow side dish and a plate of the meanest red chillies in Vietnam and most of the dishes are accompanied with sauces specific to the dish.
See what had in this restaurant:
1. A bottle of the Famous 333 bia or Saigon Beer, it costs about 10,000 VND.

Vietnam Beer
2. Steamed rice flour cakes topped with shredded shrimp and fried pork rinds.

Cha tom (Shrimp pan cake)
3. Rice cake, 6,000 VND

4. Banh Tom (crispy shrimp pastry)
The fried pastry is topped with red shrimps and is eaten together with dishes of spicy vegetables mixed with sweet and sour sauce.

Banh Tom (crispy shrimp pastry)
Rather tasty I would say if you use the sauces provided
